well... some people have been asking this... so i've decided to just blog it down...

im currently in the finance department in the AR section (AR = account receiveable). this means that i receive payment from customers which are mostly checks in my case... (seeing checks that doesn't belong to me everyday)

mainly, i start work at nine and end at five (the boss said that young ppl need more time so instead of six.. she let us off early... but that also means less money earn...)

okie... at nine, i just take the file that i've prepared the day before and start to do offsetting... offsetting in lay man's term is just matching the amount of money on the invoice to the program in the computer... so i've to make sure that the customer paid the right amount of money lor... so it's kinda like data entry where i key in the amount of money and the invoice no.... the tricky part of this task is to be REAL careful... or u'll just die a horrible death... also, the program is like complicated... u cant do this, u cant do tt... also dunno why... it's just is...

well after keying it twice - one in the some special program, the second is keyed online... it would usually be lunchtime... so i slacked lor........ (like duh! lunchtime!)

after lunch, usually have to continue offsetting but lately i'll just collect the checks from the allocated tray and arranged the checks, stamped them and photocopy lor... then have to match the photocopied checks to the payment advice -this is kinda like a receipt (A4 size receipt)... after which, i'll have to do scoring - which means i have to find the customers' code and do lotsa highlighting... then that's it for the checks and i'll placed em in a file for the next day...

the amount written on the checks have to recorded like 3, 4 times... so yar... that's my job too... then at 5 or slightly earlier than 5 i just placed the checks (the original ones) on someone else's tray lor... that's about it.. then go home liao lor...

haha... it's like that for the past week... not boring just routine... (you know.. it's like taking a bath or something cause it's so routine le...)

hey hey... tml is finally saturday!!! Thank God it's Friday!!! Have been working for a week le... work is not that bad actually... the only bad thing is that I HAVE TO WAKE UP EARLY!!!! lolx... waking up late now is like a luxury... waking up early is such a chore... haix... at least i got something to do everyday... or i'll literally grow mould at home...

well... one more day to sunday!!! i'll be shopping with my frens tml at bugis... gotta buy some stuff for the office... needa mug and a new bag... haix... haven earn money spend money le... hehex... shopping again... seems like i've been on a shopping spree ever since i went to msia... (lolx... it's good exercise though...)

anyway, i took two days off next week to see the doc... so hahaha... i can sleep later!!! hopefully next monday won't have alot of cheaques or i'll just faint... i'll have to do everything in turbo speed lar... cause most probably half day on christmas eve... (Tis the season to be busy... falalalalalalalala...)

sunday's approaching so i'll get to see almost all of my secondary school frens!!! haha.. it's been quite a while... record breaking sia... usually we'll meet like once a month for someone's birthdae but ever since the a's fever.. we prob have not met for about 4-6 months le!!! that's like so lonnnggg!!! miss all of em!!!

i have been working for three days le... physically tired... everyday do offsetting, looking at cheaques, scoring (matching) the details, looking at invoices... not mentally draining, but still tired after a long day at work.. haha... at least get to earn money... so wadeva... dun bother... better than being broke...

lolx... i was late for the first day of work mainly because the travelling time was like longer than expected and we had to queue to get our pass.... HAIX!!! must wait until 7 jan then get take seasonal pass... that's like NEXT YEAR....

im watching GOKUSEN now... so funny larrr.... some dumb teacher dressed up like a geek... but at home she's like beri pretty... then aiya.. the norm story like GTO... but it's a good show... hahaha... laugh my ass off...

tml's ... public hols... dun need to work!!! yeah!!! hahaha.. been waking earlier than usual so now im like BEAT.... hehex...

Ng's got a blog!!! finally!!! hahahaha... her blog like so sweet lar... even the add is like so sweet... haha.. lazy to update my blog... think i'll do it after christmas ba... took leave on the 26 to see doc.. so hahaha... prob can update my blog and do some other stuff...

cant' wait for 23 dec!!!! going to see my sec and jc frens!!!!!!

YOOOOHOOOOO!!!! IM BACK FROM MALAYSIA!!!!!

went to genting highlands again... didn't do much there... just shopped around, ate alot... stuff like that...

haha... think the most exciting part was the shopping in KL. went to jusco, some alien shoe shop and boutique (oh... they spelled it as butik there) i bought like three sets of clothes, shoes and haha... christmas pressies from my frens... spend like ALOT... lolx... well for a good reason... IM STARTING WORK!!! i'll be starting work this monday at some cargo MNC at changi there... will be probably doing some admin stuff ba...

just read xj's mail abt the class gathering!! so excited!!! can't wait to meet my frens again!!! hopefully, this will continue as a tradition or something... I LOVE MY CLASS!!!! 4E1 ROCKS!!!!!! haha... gonna have bbq at pasir ris... yum yum!!

Poon should be in the plane by now to Korea ba... BON VOYAGE... supposed to send her off but couldn't make it... cause went to msia... lolx... JAz is COMING back from Korea tml... like aiyo.... one go, the other come back... haha... so cute lar... both of them...

ANYWAY, CHRISTMAS is COMING!!! so many things coming up... December is gonna be one helluva fun!!!
